We are very excited to announce our 43rd Induction Dinner on Saturday, November 13 at 5pm.
For the first time, we will be holding an event at Park Avenue Club in Florham Park, NJ. I have had the great pleasure of attending many events at this wonderful venue which is located less than a mile from the campus of Fairleigh Dickinson University where the National Chaine des Rotisseurs office is located. Both Vice Culinaire Michael Salvatore and I have a long-standing relationship with Executive Arnold Kruck who leads the culinary team in executing some of the finest dinners anywhere in New Jersey.
Chef Kruck is very excited to host us and has created a memorable reception and 4 course menu that will be the perfect complement to this celebratory event. I have selected a unique and exciting lineup of wines from around the world that will beautifully pair with this lovely Fall inspired menu. The evening will begin at 5pm with a reception of small plates and sparkling wine, followed by the Induction ceremony and then our 4-course pairing dinner.
